About these terms

These terms govern your use of swancitypest.com and the pest control services provided by Swan City Pest, owned and operated by Abdullah Zahid, serving Lakeland and Polk County, Florida. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website — including the cost guide — are typical market ranges published for general information. They are not a binding quote. Your binding price is the one confirmed to you on the call or in writing after any required inspection, before work begins. If the scope of a job changes on site (for example, a problem is larger than described), we will explain the change and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Appointments and access

By booking an appointment you agree to provide reasonable access to the areas to be inspected or treated, and to follow any preparation instructions we give you (for example, clearing under-sink cabinets or keeping pets in an untreated room). Appointment windows are estimates; if we are running late we will contact you.

Service expectations

Pest control reduces and manages pest activity; no honest company can promise a property will never see another insect or rodent, especially in Florida. Where a plan includes re-treatment between scheduled visits, that commitment is limited to the pests and areas covered by your plan. Results depend on factors including sanitation, moisture, landscaping and neighboring conditions, and we may recommend corrective steps as part of the service.

Some services involve rules we cannot bend: honey bee colonies are referred for live relocation, and bat exclusion work follows Florida wildlife regulations, including the maternity-season restriction. We will explain where these apply to your job.

Customer responsibilities for safety

After a treatment, you agree to follow the re-entry and safety instructions the technician gives you (for example, keeping children and pets away from treated surfaces until they have dried) and to tell us in advance about fish tanks, birds, reptile enclosures, medical sensitivities or any other household condition we should plan around.

Payments

Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Recurring plans continue until cancelled by either party; you may cancel a plan at any time by contacting us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we agree otherwise.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate — particularly pest identification and seasonal information — but it is not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property. You may not misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Swan City Pest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect.
